More Fish

It may be obvious from the fish posts, but I am eager to do some fishing this summer after things slow down at work.

Fish

Have had fish on the brain lately.

024 Sup with Jauny

Been working some pretty long days at work lately and really wanted to get something 3d posted. So I spent a little time tonight prepping Juan's subtools in zbrush. Hoping to spend the weekend getting his sculpt complete and begin on his low poly mesh. So, you should see some big changes in Juan this weekend.

017 Elephant Studies

Taking a break from lost characters today as I am feeling a little poopy after getting off work. Here are some elephant studies I drew during down time at work today. Also I am double posting these on a new work sketch blog AVA SKETCH

016 Anna Lucia

We are on the tale end of season two as Cat and I continue our crusade to re-watch the whole series before the premiere. So I figured I had better get a quick sketch in of Anna as I don't believe she is going to be with us much longer.

015 Hurley

Scribbled out a Hurley while working on season two watching season two of Lost this evening.

014 Lost

Anybody looking forward to the final season? The wife and I are attempting to re-watch all the episodes before it starts. Good stuff indeed.

A sketch during dinner this evening.

12 Figure Friday

Been a while since I've made it to the work figure drawing sessions on Fridays due to crunch time. Not going to use that excuse anymore. So expect to see more Figure Fridays in the blogging mix.

#8 Church Doodle

A recent church doodle. Sunday school teachers make the best models.

#7 Juan WIP

It's been a nice restful relaxing Sunday. Has it been a week of posts already? Spent a healthy portion of the day re watching some Lost in preparation for the premiere coming up soon.

So nothing really new to post except for a little progress on Juan in all his Lambert glory.

#6 alchemy

Saturdays never last long enough.

I just fired up the latest release of Alchemy tonight while taking a break from modeling. My wife looked over my shoulder and said "It just looks like a Rorschach test." And indeed it does. Though a bit uncomfortable at first I can see it's strength in creating fresh concepts and breaking out of the proverbial box.

I must investigate this programs further.

Not sure what this blob of digital ink is all about, but they are fun and quick to make.
